Patronpath Mobile and Web Ordering Now Live with FOCUS Point of Sale Integration

The Original Pancake House is now receiving mobile and web orders placed by their patrons injected directly to the Focus point of sale, saving valuable staff time and streamlining operations.

Head of Operations David Dennison stated, “Our customers have been asking us for some time to provide this convenient and time-saving method to place orders. Now that the word is out, we are seeing more and more orders coming in. We expect to add online ordering with Patronpath at our other two locations (Rockville, Maryland and Falls Church, Virginia) very soon.”

The new integration with Focus adds to Patronpath’s already robust set of point of sale system integrations that includes Aloha/NCR, Comtrex, MICROS/Oracle, and POSitouch, and extends their availability to the restaurant marketplace.

Here’s how it works: Patrons ordering food from a restaurant that uses the Patronpath mobile and web ordering platform encounter a payment option screen during checkout. Options for payment now include LevelUp from participating restaurants. Patrons login to an existing LevelUp account (linked to the credit card of their choice), or have the option to create a new LevelUp account. When the transaction is complete, the food can either be picked up or delivered.
