As the Director of Sales at Patronpath, you will build out and manage a team of sales reps. Call on and travel to restaurant chains in new and existing markets to both deepen and widen our market-share in the industry. In addition to leading the department in strategy setting and follow through, you will work directly with management to explore other business verticals and priortize revenue maximizing opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sell online ordering platform, custom designed solutions, and integrated mobile applications to prospective clients
  • Ensure follow-up by staying organized, maintaining dates, and complete profile information
  • Maintain expert level product knowledge of existing and new features and functionality
  • Prepare administrative sales reports for yourself and direct reports
  • Work directly with executive management to set and hit departmental goals
  • Devise and implement departments outbound selling strategy 
  • Manage a team of sales representatives 
  • Explore other revenue producing opportunities

Experience and Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of sales management experience
  • A four-year college degree
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic positive “can-do” attitude over the phone and in person
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently
  • Restaurant operations background and Point of Sale knowledge not required but preferred
  • SaaS sales experience strongly preferred
  • CRM experience strongly preferred 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take agency to lead engineering projects from concept to completion
  • Manage and scale the Patronpath stack to support iOS, Android apps and website services
  • Collaborate with our design and product teams on projects
  • Build report interfaces and data feeds
  • Create interfaces and designs that will be used by millions of users across the country
  • Integrate with prospective retail Point of Sale partners, payment gateways, loyalty providers and other 3rd parties through various APIs

Experience and Requirements:

  • Computer Science background 
  • 1+ year of hands-on development experience
  • Love of a fast, iterative engineering process
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Expert knowledge of PHP (Laravel), Java (Spring, Hibernate, OSGI), Javascript (JQuery, Vuejs)
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Sass, and Gulp
  • Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL).
  • Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, Slack, Trello, Salesforce
  • Experience with MongoDB and Redis cache
  • Working knowledge in mobile design and development (Swift, Objective C, Android)
  • Familiarity with shellscript 
  • Strong Experience with deploying AWS environments and managing existing infrastructures
  • Familiarity with Linux, Tomcat, and Nginx
  • Experience with ecommerce infrastructure and PCI compliance
  • Experience integrating with prospective retail Point of Sale partners, payment gateways, loyalty providers and other 3rd parties through various APIs
  • Strong verbal, written and communication skills
  • Ability to advise on technical scope of projects during implementation phone calls
  • Ability and willingness to be on an on call engineering rotation in order to any tech issues that clients experience 
  • Ability to work full-time at Patronpath HQ in Madison, WI.
